Newly renovated cozy condo is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, nestled between Holiday Valley and downtown Ellicottville. Enjoy a day of skiing, a quiet night by the fire or a short 10 min walk to downtown where you will find locally owned shops and restaurants. This 2nd floor condo features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, pull out sofa, and one full bath. Amenities include full kitchen, wood burning fireplace, full sized washer & dryer, and patio. We look forward to hosting you!

Perfect

Rental was even better than the pictures. Spacious and clean. Welcomed by a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. We walked into town with ease. Nice sidewalks and good lighting for our walk back in the dark too. Felt safe! Love the village and all the stores and great places to eat!

Great Ellicottville getaway!

This place has it all! Great location, nicely decorated, welcome bottle of wine and popcorn, walking distance to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay close to holiday valley & ellicotville village

This was a great place to stay for a little overnight getaway with my husband. The place was so clean, so comfortable and our host was so nice! They even left a welcome bottle of local wine (which was delicious!), some snacks, and their welcome binder had everything to answer any questions. Close 2min drive to Ellicotville village or a quick 12min walk on sidewalks. Great stay!

My girlfriend Hayley and I had a really great trip to my hometown and an amazing stay at the condo! We will definitely be staying there again and referring friends/family. It you’re looking for an awesome little getaway that feels like home

This property was so clean!! I am always skeptical about using linens. Not here!! They even smelled clean like I was at home. So close to town and the ski resort! Would 1000% stay again.
