The beautiful Guest home has everything you need. The yard is so beautiful and on an acre of lush grass, pine trees, and Citrus trees. There is a fantastic ramada with a fireplace and griddle, grill, and refrigerator. There is an 8-person Spa and pool (unheated) for your use as well as playground equipment. You may book your event here as well for an additional fee.. . The price depends on the number of those attending and the type of event. Message for info. Chicago Cubs & Oakland Athletics Baseball Spring Training and in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe metropolitan area. Easy access to freeways, close to grocery stores & restaurants. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet residential neighborhood. Airport (13 miles), ASU Main Campus in Tempe (8.7 miles), Oldtown Scottsdale (8.5 miles). Gilbert and Brown area in Mesa. Extra fee for Venues. Contact us for event/venue pricing. When using the spa, any bathing suits worn must not have been washed in a washer with soap as this will damage the spa, and soap suds will appear. A damage fee will be assessed if this happens. (Suits optional. :))

This is an amazing place, especially for a family with kids. It was clean, well-stocked, and had lots of things to do at just the property. The hosts were more than accommodating. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was the best it could be. I wish we were coming back really soon. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wedding

Cheryl and David were amazing hosts with this beautiful home. Although the property is shared, both Cheryl and David (the owners) do a great job of giving you space and privacy, while also being warm and welcoming! I had my wedding in the backyard of this home and it was everything I ever dream of. We had about 70 people come, and the space, lighting, atmosphere, etc. was perfect due to the beauty of this home. Although I mainly rented for an event, I would definitely stay here again for a family vacation!

Cozy, Clean, and Convenient

Cheryl was an amazing host! She check in regularly and gave great suggestions for places to eat, hikes, etc. Check in was easy. Great neighborhood with groceries and great places to eat near by. The house is very well equipped and has everything needed for an extended stay. Great beds, linens, and appliances. We took advantage of the fresh citrus fruit in the yard. A real treat! Would highly recommend booking this home. We hope to be back in the future.
