A newly built home is in the heart of Ogunquit. The moment you come through the door, the open concept and cleanliness (our #1 priority) will put you at ease to start your vacation. The kitchen makes you actually consider cooking. The large back deck has a comfortable sectional sofa, firepit, and dining table that may quickly become your favorite relaxation spot. There are 2 queen bedrooms (you will sleep on amazing sheets by Cypress Monarch) with TVs, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combination and the other with a glass walk-in shower). We are only 1/10th a mile to the center of town and 3/10 a mile to Ogunquit Main Beach. We are in the BEST LOCATION!! Don't pack the beach cart, beach towels, or chairs. We have them waiting for you. This home is a guest house located at the rear of the property, to the primary home. The property was designed to maintain optimal privacy for each home. Amazing!

Staying here absolutely made our trip. Walking distance to the beaches and downtown (very convenient to avoid parking fees and stresses) and Kristen was so friendly and really made things homey. It is a lovely home and every piece is so well thought out and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend and absolutely will be back!

MDW getaway

We loved staying here! I wasn’t super familiar about the area, but the descriptions don’t lie - location is AMAZING! Such an easy, pretty walk into the heart of the town and only a few more minutes down to the beach. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out when the host greeted us. We are looking forward to returning sometime soon.

A week in May

The property was exactly as advertised. The host Kristen could not have been more accommodating. It was only a few minutes walk to Main Street and the beach beyond. In spite of the endless rain, we certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Perfect Stay

The cottage was the perfect stay for us for quick 3 day break after moving our child into college in Boston. The cottage was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we needed, the owners are extremely friendly and informative. We loved the patio at night! It was a great distance from town and the marginal way. Would definitely stay again and check out the area some more!

Great location, very nice cottage.

My good friend and I had a lovely time at Kristen's cottage. It was very clean, well-equipped (we cooked dinner each night) and the location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach. We will plan to return.

Fabulous Week in Ogunquit!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in OGT. We loved our accommodations. The cottage was beautiful, clean and tastefully designed and appointed. It was a short walk down to the town and to one of the most magnificent beaches in the country! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. The weather was gorgeous too! Loved it!

Wonderful rental property and location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Tom and Kristen are terrific hosts and very welcoming. It was like staying in a tree house as every window and the beautiful deck has views of trees and their lush, landscaped yard. It is so close to town we didn't have to take our car out much; the beach and town is very walkable. This is a real find in Ogunquit.

My husband and I fell in LOVE with Ogunquit 20 years ago. Once our girls went off to school, we moved to Ogunquit full time. We bought this property in 2018 and starting building our dream home in 2020. We are excited to share our guest cottage.

We bought this property because of the location, location, location and that it sits on over 1/2 acre. I walk the Marginal Way to Perkins Cove everyday and feel extremely blessed to live in Ogunquit. We look forward to sharing the best of everything with you.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The larger lot size allowed us to make the guest house and a main home. The entertaining spaces were designed to allow for privacy both homes. The fact that you can walk to all the restaurants, beach and marginal way without driving is so GREAT!
