Everything was great. My wife and I have stayed twice down stairs and twice up stairs. Enjoyed the quiet country side. Because we are in our eighty's it more of a challenge to carry our stuff up the stairs. Jim&Prudy

We were given great directions, quiet place to stay. The place was very clean. One thing was you can't change thermostat. Thermosta may be in another unit. Overall excellent stay and great location.

We loved having Ralph and his guest stay with us. They were respectful, our apartment was left in great condition and we'd love to have them back. There is a thermostat on the wall behind the TV. I'm sorry you didn't see it. We will work on marking it more clearly.

We have stayed at Katherine's place before just in apartment one. This time we stayed in apartment 2, and just like apartment one, it was immaculate. When it comes to hosting, Katherine is top notch. She always goes above and beyond in every aspect. There are always plenty of soaps, shampoos, conditioner, etc. She has a great Keurig coffee pot with lots of coffee choices. There is never an issue with cleanliness. Her apartments are always spotless. It's a pleasure to stay in her apartments. I highly recommend her properties to anyone visiting the Middlebury/Shipshewana area. It's a nice country environment that is within 10 minutes of pretty much every attraction in the area. You won't go wrong staying here. Whenever my wife and I travel to that area, I always check to see if Katherine's properties are available. For two people, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Her place is perfect. Thanks for another delightful stay and for another job well done. We couldn't be happier with our accommodations over the past couple of nights, Albert Taylor
