Agence Cocoonr offers you this air-conditioned loft on the first floor of a small condominium in the heart of the Port-Vieux district, with a breathtaking ocean view.
It's the perfect place to take full advantage of the Port-Vieux beach, an ideal spot for safe swimming sheltered from the wind and waves, and to discover the charming, winding lanes brimming with bars, cafés and boutiques.

The accommodation is composed as follows
First floor
- A living room with sofa, dining area and workspace. This spacious room is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows and high ceilings.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Laundry area
- Separate WC

Upstairs, a metal-designed mezzanine leads to the sea-view sleeping area.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub

These two “bedrooms” have storage space and are separated by blackout curtains.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Sainte-Eugénie underground car park: one space included in the rental.

- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to weather conditions.
