Located in a very quiet corner of the village of Ahetze, Cocoonr Agency offers you a villa that will provide absolute peace and quiet for your holiday, just 10 minutes from the beaches and 1 km from the village. In a calm and relaxing environment, this villa offers its occupants 250 m² of living space enhanced by an 800 m² landscaped garden and a heated swimming pool, all decorated in a bohemian chic style. The accommodation comprises
First floor
- Spacious, high-ceilinged living room with fireplace and office area

Upstairs (exclusively dedicated to the fully air-conditioned night space)
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), spacious dressing area and bathroom with separate toilet. This room opens onto the outside via a balcony with independent access to the garden.
