Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this modern apartment offers you:
- A comfortable living room with sofa bed, overlooking a large balcony facing the green and the pool.

- A master bedroom with closet, access to a private terrace with 2 sunbeds, bathroom with bathtub.
- A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm) and its own bathroom.
