Discover this beautiful, two-story house of approximately 110 mÂČ, located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the town center, near the lake, with a lovely outdoor space overlooking the canal.
You can park two cars in the garage in front of the house. The entrance leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and filter coffee maker.
The living room with TV and Wi-Fi opens onto the terrace with its plancha grill.
A separate toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), a shower, sink, and washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room with a toilet. A third bedroom, also with a double bed, opens onto a terrace. A fourth and final bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet/dressing area.
The house has no shutters, only blackout curtains. You can enjoy the outdoor furniture and plancha grill to enjoy your meals with family or friends.
All amenities are just a few minutes' walk away: bakery, butcher, bar, tobacconist, Auchan, pharmacy, bike rental, and all the lakeside restaurants.
