This is our 2nd year coming here. Although small, we still manage to get our 4 grown children together for a long weekend to reconnect. Lots of fishing --and catching! Fishing from the boats and kayaks. Even had a wonderful thunderstorm the last night to watch lighting.It also has the best stocked kitchen that we have ever had in a VRBO or BNB! Don't need to bring a thing.

What an incredible property! Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had. Fishing was great, house was wonderful, and we fully intend to make this a regular trip for our family. House has everything you need from dishes to smoker to spices and more. Boat ramp is a little sketchy if there is rain (not paved so gets muddy) but overall everything exceeded our expectations which were pretty high based on other reviews. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent and Relaxing Place to Stay

This is an awesome property that is apparently well managed. The cabin and fishing dock has everything you will need for your stay and the layout is good for small groups of friends or a small family. Due to the weather the fishing could have been better, but some of our guys caught 2.5 to 3 lb Bass and one guy lost 2 lunkers due to broken lines (not a fish story.....I saw it!). I think the lake is managed for big bass and catfish as we caught few small bass and no bluegill. If you catch good weather you will catch fish here!We will be back!!!

2nd Trip to the Lake

For the second time we made our annual boys fishing trip to this location. a great time was had by all. Fishing was amazing. We caught Bass from 1lb to 5lbs with the average at about 2.5lbs. Did not release it until the last day at the property but this lake holds some big Channel Cats. we had multiple lines snapped until we figured out we were dealing with 12 - 15 lb cats. take a heavier poll and hold on! All you need to bring for this trip is the food you are going to eat, house was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen i.e. seasoning, condiments, everything. If you are reading this and have not booked a stay - just do it, this is total relaxation.

Love This Place

This was our second stay. Although the wind kept us off the main lake we were able to fish the connected river/stream in comfort. The hosts are incredible to deal with and I will be back again.

This was a wonderful get-away for my husband and I plus our three little children. It was safe, clean, and we had so much fun. This truly felt like more than a rented place- it felt like home away from home. We’re all excited for our next trip here!

Was Perfect!!

As soon as we pulled up you could tell this is a special place. We all agreed that this lake and the creek was some of the best fishing we ever had. You found this place now just book it!

WOW - What a wonderful place to stay!

This cabin and lake is just what our family needed. Quiet, secluded, and the house was immaculate. We loved time with our college age kids fishing, kayaking, playing cards and sitting around the fire. Everyone caught multiple fish and some even caught the "one that got away" size. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay here.
