This lovely villa with a swimming pool enjoys close proximity to secure cycle paths, ideal for exploring the ocean beaches.
You are in the immediate vicinity of the town center of Petit-Piquey with its shops (bakeries, delicatessen, wine merchant, fishmonger, butcher-deli, newsagent, pharmacy, etc.), and 4 minutes from the beaches of Arcachon Bay and oyster tastings. Direct access to the cycle paths will allow you to reach the ocean beaches in less than 12 minutes.
On one level, the villa features a spacious and bright living room opening onto the first covered terrace, facing south, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the second terrace with a west-facing pool, two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, as well as a bathroom and toilet.
The outbuilding adjoining the villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single bunk beds (80 cm), as well as a shared bathroom with toilet.
In addition, a wine cellar equipped with a washing machine is also available for your use.
