You are in the immediate vicinity of Petit-Piquey town center and its shops (bakeries, delicatessen, wine merchant, fishmonger, butcher-deli, newsagent, pharmacy, etc.), a 4-minute walk from the Bassin des Plages and oyster tastings, and a 5-minute bike ride from the equestrian center and the Yellow Temple wellness center. In addition, the cycle paths, located near the villa, will allow you to reach the ocean beaches in less than 12 minutes by bike.
On one level, it includes an adjoining outbuilding, offering a total of 105 m² for the entire property.
