Welcome to my apartment!

Step into this beautifully decorated and light-filled 90 m² three-floor apartment located in the heart of Paris.

The cozy living area features plush sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals at home: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140 x 200), while the third offers a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double. All beds are made up of high-quality hotel-grade linens. You’ll also find plenty of storage space to make you feel right at home. Workspaces are available as well, which are ideal for remote work or study.

Please note that the apartment is accessible via stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The bathroom includes a sink, large mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. There is a separate WC as well.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The property is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Wander through its vibrant streets lined with trendy bars, restaurants, and boutique shops. Explore the famous Rue de la Roquette, home to contemporary art galleries and charming vintage stores. Don’t miss the nearby Place de la Bastille, a historic symbol of the French Revolution. Roquette is the perfect area for those seeking a youthful, cosmopolitan vibe in the heart of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rue Saint-Maur (line 3), is just a 4-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
