The house has only one level with 2 spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with kitchen, a large terrace with beautiful view at the Bay of Roses. The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic glass cooktop, big fridge and freezer and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace. In the living room there are Sat TV and 1 split air conditioning unit. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a laundry rack, ironing board and an electric iron. You also can find deck chairs.GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED Behind the house there is the 8 x 4 meters swimming pool, where you can swim and sunbathe in an undisturbed atmosphere. By the way, it is also worth coming in winter, out of the swimming season. The floor heating makes sure, that you also feel comfortable at cold days. The house is situated in the peaceful area of Mas Fumats, about 3km from the Mediterranean Sea and the center of Roses, a very popular holiday resort in the Bay of Rosas.
