Peaceful among the pine trees, close to the golf course and the sea, it can accommodate up to 6 people (or 8 with the sofa bed).
LIVING SPACE
From the entrance, you will be seduced by this rotunda living room bathed in natural light. Its large bay windows open onto a beautiful wooded garden and a large (unheated) swimming pool.
The space consists of two living rooms. The first is ideal for relaxing and gathering with family or friends. The second is arranged around a TV area. A pellet stove brings a cosy touch to this design living space.
A discreet office, perfectly integrated into the space, allows you to work while staying connected to the house's life.
The kitchen, spacious, open to the living room and the outside, benefits from high-end equipment and a friendly central island. Its direct opening onto the terrace makes it an ideal place to entertain in summer and winter. A plancha is at your disposal.
BEDROOMS
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms offering comfort and functionality. Two of them are equipped with a double bed (140cm), an adjoining shower room and integrated storage, designed to optimise space.
The master suite with a queen-size bed, bathtub and shower benefits from direct access to a second terrace open to the TV lounge, ideal for enjoying a moment of calm outside or having a coffee at dawn.
Possibility to sleep 2 extra people on the sofa bed in the lounge.
PARKING
Possibility of parking a vehicle within the house, and easy and free parking in the street.
