The property is located on the road to Ouarzazate in the heart of a private domain, directly accessible without any track, fifteen minutes by car from the center of Marrakech and close to the Royal, Al Maaden and Amelkis Golfs, on the road to the Atlas to go to do multiple activities.

The rental price communicated includes accommodation for exclusive use and the included services mentioned below. This price includes a VAT of 10%. It does not include the municipal tourist tax of €2.5 per night and per person and the tourist promotion tax of €1 per night and per person. These taxes are fully paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and the Moroccan National Tourist Office. The price does not include extras and usual tips to staff.

We do not sell wines and spirits but you can buy or have yours delivered and consume them at the villa without corkage fee.

-Dinner: from 7pm to 10pm

Party evening:
We can organize a birthday party with a gala meal and traditional entertainment:

Traditional party meal (€35 per adult excluding drinks). 50% reduction for children under 12.

Option of grilled lamb spit roast for all guests (15 people): between €400 and €500 depending on the weight. There is often some left for the next day at noon :)

Entertainment: (musicians, traditional, belly dancers, and fire-eater): €500 for the evening. It is possible to do without the fire eater (price to be confirmed)
