Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge for you to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that a parking/ garage will be available during your stay.
The apartment is ideally located:
- In the industrial center of Toulouse with all companies nearby, but also many buses (it is easy to move by public transport).
- 15 minutes drive from downtown Toulouse.
- Next to shops (bakery, crossroads City).
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Goodrich Spot is a 15-minute walk away;
- the ChĂąteau de la Flambelle, 9 minutes by car;
- Saint-Pierre Square 28 minutes away;
- Capitol Square in 29 minutes, and many more.
