Treat yourself to a getaway for two to discover the beautiful city of Nantes. Stay in this charming 40 mÂČ apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped, designed to offer you maximum comfort throughout your stay.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center and shops, it is ideal for varying activities.
The apartment consists of a pleasant living room with a sofa, a lovely decorative fireplace, and a dining table. The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, is located just behind: you will find everything necessary for cooking, with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, as well as a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available under the sink, if needed.
The room welcomes you with a comfortable Queen Size bed and overlooks a small common courtyard (not landscaped). Finally, the bathroom features a shower and a hairdryer for your comfort.
Public parking spaces are available on the street.

- 450 m from the restaurant "Bistrot les Petits Paves",
- 700 m from the "Carrefour Market" supermarket,
