The entrance to the house opens onto a functional kitchen. Its optimised layout makes cooking a breeze, and the dining table is perfect for 4 guests. You'll find everything you need for your home: crockery, microwave oven, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Take the small staircase up to the first level, where a small lounge invites you to relax. This cosy living space includes a sofa and television, making it the ideal place to share pleasant moments. A small shower room completes this level.
On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a double bed and television, a real cocoon of serenity. Its soft, soothing ambience offers optimum comfort. There is also a second shower room on this floor, guaranteeing appreciable privacy.
Finally, under the roof, the second bedroom with double bed and television reveals an atypical space full of character. Its warm, intimate atmosphere makes it a haven of peace, perfect for relaxing in total tranquillity.
This perfectly decorated town house offers small, optimised spaces and is ideal for those looking for a unique place, combining functionality and charm right in the centre of Rouen. The stairs are narrow and not suitable for heavy people.

No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood
Rue des Capucins is located in the Croix de Pierre district of Rouen, to the east of the city. This district is bounded by the avenue de la Porte-des-Champs and the church of Saint-Vivien to the west, the boulevards de l'Yser and de Verdun to the north, the place Saint-Hilaire to the east, and the university hospital and the rue du Docteur-Blanche to the south.
The Croix de Pierre district is rich in history and heritage. It is home to Rouen's regional conservatoire and the Capucins library. The Robec river also runs through the district, adding a special charm to its streets.
Rue des Capucins itself is a historic thoroughfare in Rouen, offering a glimpse of the city's traditional architecture. It is located close to the Place de la Croix de Pierre, where a fountain emblematic of the district stands.
The Croix de Pierre district is known for its vibrant community life, with events such as garage sales, theatre evenings, games, readings, festive evenings, free shops and clothes swaps, as well as neighbourhood meals.

The bus is an excellent means of transport. The Conservatoire stop is about 2 minutes' walk from rue des Capucins. It is served by lines 20, 22, 305 and F2.

Boulingrin metro station is a 6-minute walk away. CHU Charles Nicolle station is an 8-minute walk away, served by line T2.
## Notes
Please note that the house has many steps with small narrow staircases. People of heavy build, those with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may find access difficult.
Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
