This 65 m² apartment's entrance opens into a bright, tastefully decorated space.

The living room invites you in with a cosy sofa that converts into a double bed and a television for relaxing moments. The adjoining terrace fills the room with natural light, creating a fresh, airy atmosphere.

The dining area features a table that can seat up to six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and more. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available for your use.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel-style linens. Each room also includes a desk for work and storage spaces to make you feel right at home.

The bathroom has a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate.

Wi-Fi access is provided throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector has been installed in the apartment.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

All that's left is for you to unpack and enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

Aubervilliers boasts a heritage that is as old as it is captivating!

The most beautiful site in the entire city is undoubtedly Notre-Dame-des-Vertus. Located in the heart of the old town, its stained-glass windows depict the many miracles that have taken place within the church.

Nature lovers will especially enjoy Place Stalingrad and the activities it offers, or a leisurely stroll along the Saint-Denis Canal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Mairie d'Aubervilliers (line 12), is just a 5-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
