Located opposite the prestigious Musée d'Arts, in the heart of the historic district, Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming ground-floor flat for a comfortable, elegant stay that's 100% Nantes. Two carefully appointed bedrooms for up to 4 travelers, ideal for a getaway with family, friends or as a couple.
The 48 mÂČ flat is composed as follows:
- An 18 mÂČ living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) so you can cook like at home... or enjoy breakfast before exploring the city
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
You're just a stone's throw from the city center, the Jardin des Plantes, the cathedral, and a few minutes' walk from the ChĂąteau des Ducs. Transport, shops and restaurants are all within easy reach.
The ambiance of the place is inspired by the art and history that surround it: a true cocoon in the heart of Nantes' culture.
Exceptional location, opposite the museum, in a quiet building, perfect for total immersion in Nantes life.

- Nearest train station: 5 minutes on foot
- Nearest airport: 20 minutes by car, 35 minutes by public transport
From the train station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes
- Bus: line 12, Beauséjour stop a few meters away
- If you want to rent a car, there are self-service vehicles in Nantes (see www.imarguerite.com for rental conditions).
