The dining area features a large, friendly table that can seat up to eight people.

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals just like at home. It opens onto a stunning 60 m² terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, a true asset for fully enjoying the beautiful days. Two balconies complete this outdoor space: one measuring 18 m² and the other 12 m², adding a pleasant openness to the apartment and allowing for beautiful natural light throughout.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200), two other bedrooms are furnished with double beds (130x200) and (140x200), and the fourth bedroom, ideal for children, has bunk beds (90x200). All beds are dressed with high-quality hotel linens for optimal comfort. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for families travelling with infants. Please note that the cot is supplied without linen.

Storage space is available in each room, as well as desks for your moments of work or peaceful reading.

The apartment has two bathrooms: The first features two sinks, a large mirror, a shower, a jacuzzi, and a toilet. The second is equipped with a bathtub.

A parking space is available, and Wi-Fi access is provided throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Located near Parc Blandan—one of the city’s largest green spaces—the apartment offers a peaceful, leafy setting, ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The area is well connected by public transportation, providing quick access to the city centre, the Presqu'île, and all major tourist attractions. The surrounding streets are filled with charming cafés, restaurants, local markets, and shops, giving you an authentic taste of everyday life in Lyon. It’s the perfect base to discover the city from a different angle, through strolls, relaxation, and the lively local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Garibaldi - Berthelot (line 12), is just a 7-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
