The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 33 m² studio apartment with sea view for rent in Trébeurden, 750 m from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a corner, and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- A bright 30 m² living room with TV, closet and sleeping area with queen-size bed (160×200) and high-density mattress (30 cm)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower, towel dryer and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
The studio is ideally located in Trébeurden, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Tresmeur beach within walking distance (approx. 750 m) and water sports activities
- Stroll along the customs path (GR34) for incredible panoramic views of the sea and to discover the local flora and fauna.
- Discover Île-Grande
- The Granit Rose coastline, a splendid setting where the turquoise sea sculpts immense pink rocks into fantastic shapes
Transportation
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor parking space.

- Nearest airport: Brest airport, 1h20 away
