ROSE Conciergerie is delighted to present this lovely studio located in the heart of Angers, on the charming Rue Toussaint.
Perfectly designed for a stay for two, this bright studio is on the first floor (no elevator) of a typical building from Angers. Its real highlight? A beautiful private terrace overlooking the lush gardens of the library — a peaceful haven right in the city center.
The space is efficiently arranged and tastefully decorated, offering all the comfort needed for a relaxing stay. You’ll find a cozy double bed, a pleasant dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils...).
The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
The studio has neither a TV nor WiFi, allowing you to truly disconnect and enjoy a restful escape in the heart of the city.
You’ll benefit from an exceptional location — just a short walk from the cathedral, the Château d’Angers, shops, restaurants, public transport, and all the city center’s attractions — while enjoying a calm and green environment.
LATE CHECK-IN: For arrivals after 8 PM, we offer a "late check-in" service for an additional fee, to be arranged with your concierge before your arrival.
