"Les 4 Soleils" residence, located in the La Roquille area, 500m from the sea (La Roquille Beach) and a 10-minute walk from the port center.
A quiet and secure residence composed of small blocks of apartments ranging from garden level to the first floor.
Private parking spaces are available for all apartments.
Ideal for enjoying all amenities while enjoying a peaceful setting.
Charming 28 mÂČ one-bedroom apartment on the garden level.
West-facing, overlooking the residence's green spaces.

This charming, tastefully decorated apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini oven, 2-burner induction hob, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster).
In the bedroom, you'll find a double bed (140 cm) and storage space.
In the living room, there's a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area (a table and 4 chairs).
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet.
A fan is available.
TV (French channels only).
Dear guests, pets are not allowed in this property.
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which will provide you with a Wi-Fi router (5GB per day) for âŹ7 per day or âŹ39 per week.
Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
