It is an ideal place to watch sunsets with your loved ones on the wrap-around shared lanai and experience the meaning of paradise! This beautiful 1320 sf condo features gorgeous furniture pieces and wood-like tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully appointed and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The oversized, undivided lanai features spectacular glass doors for you to look out onto the beautiful view from the living room. Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds and, with the addition of a king size sofa bed, it sleeps up to 6 guests. The condo includes two bathrooms, a washer & dryer, free wi-fi and parking. This exquisitely unique indoor/outdoor setting is truly Honua Kai âat its bestâ.
Prime, upscale location offers a vast variety of amazing things to do and experience on Maui. There are 5 star restaurants, championship golfing, luxury shopping, world class white sand beaches, and crystal blue water as far as the eye can see.
Honua Kai resort has 3 acres of swimming pools (with water slide), 5 hot tubs, a fitness center, spa and additional pool and hot tubs at the new Luana Villas (on the property). The resort also features Aina Gourmet Market and Duke's Restaurant, - serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Resort fee is $75
NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE LANAI. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning fees for violating this rule is strictly enforced.
