## Space

- Our apartment consists of a nice bedroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped and open kitchen and finally a bathroom.
You will have access to very high speed internet with fiber and you can benefit from our subscription to international channels.
Bright and warm, our apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay. It is ideal to accommodate 4 travelers.

Please note that during periods of high heat, the air conditioning can emit a drip, this cannot be repaired, this is why we have provided a container to compensate for this, remember to empty this container if you find it completed !

The appartment is located in the heart of the famous Place aux Huiles, just a few meters from the Old Port.
You will fall in love with this place, charming and very lively, where you can stroll arround, drink cocktails or have your meals.

You will therefore be close to all amenities (shops, transport, restaurants, Noailles market, Mucem, Terrasses du Port, Cours Julien, Gare Saint Charles). You will be able to take full advantage of Marseille and its surroundings.

## Access

- You will have access to the whole flat
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th floor equivalent because of high floors in height) without elevator

Si vous souhaitez arriver après 21h00, veuillez faire une demande auprès du Keeper en charge du logement. Un supplément de 15€ à remettre en main propre vous serra demandé pour la remise des clefs.

## Neighborhood

- Place aux Huiles is a large esplanade located on the left bank of the Old Port of Marseille. Originally, it was an old canal that allowed the galleys access to the arsenals.

Subsequently and until the beginning of the twentieth century, this canal was used to disembark the barrels of oil in the direction of soap factories located in Sainte Street. The canal was filled between 1927 and 1929.

Today it is one of the most popular places to live in Marseille, with its many terraces of restaurants and cafes.

## Transit

- The apartment is at 1 minute walk from the Vieux Port

To reach the apartment:
- From Saint Charles train station: take the metro 1 (line blue) and get off at Vieux Port - Hôtel de Ville. Then walk 4 minutes, the apartment will be at 450 meters from the stop.

- from Marseille Marignane airport: take the shuttle (bus) to Saint-Charles station then follow the itinerary above.

If you come by car, you can park your car in the adjacent streets or at the car park in front of the building : Parking Q-Park Marseille Estienne d'Orves (12,50€ per day)
