Excellent Stay!

Very nice accommodations and a very friendly host! Karen made herself available at all times and made sure that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay! The home was perfect!!

Enjoyable stay!

Quiet location! Property is well maintained and is decorated very cute! Loved having access to the washer and dryer. Very close to everything we needed. Karen gave us lots of ideas for how to spend our time in the area and all suggestions were enjoyable! Horsefly restaurant was a perfect place to eat. Loved being close to the airport when it was time to leave.

House in Montrose, CO

This property was perfect for me. I was in town for a horse show at the Events Center, and the house was less than 5 minutes away! The house is impeccable! Very clean and very cute. I left a number of things behind, and Karen was kind enough to get it all sent back to me.

Clean, quiet place on cul de sac with little stream

Lovely and simple place in the charming older part of Montrose near Lions Park and its trail system along the arroyo. Super clean. Nicely restored home with new wood floors throughout (not bathroom; tiles there). Friendly neighbor. Peaceful backyard with table and umbrella. I took one point off only because there are some pretty lux VRBO rentals out there! This is clean and basic with a nice kitchen, good floor plan. Washer and dryer.

Great Place!

Quiet neighborhood location yet only a few blocks from center of town. Freshly renovated house at end of cul-de-sac. Extremely comfortable. Next time we stay in Montrose I'll check this place for availability first! I highly recommend this home!

Very cute home at the end of a quiet street! It was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed to make it the perfect home base for our visit to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d happily stay here again!

Karen's property was perfect! Everything was very clean, she communicated well with us, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
