This elegant 80 m² apartment, located on the fifth floor with elevator, was completely renovated in 2025 by an architect and offers a breathtaking view of the opera-theater and Place de l'Horloge. Enjoy a spacious terrace with lounge and balcony for relaxing.

With a capacity of 4 people, this rental comprises :

- a warm and comfortable living room with a relaxation and dining area,
- first bedroom with 180 cm bed
- a second bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into two single beds,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (barbecue, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- two bathrooms with shower,
- two separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV connected to fiber, stereo system, wifi,
- air conditioning, smoke detector,
- games for all ages, books,
- private parking available: at the entrance to the rue Racine parking lot, opposite the La Fourchette restaurant. Reserved space in the basement.

- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e
