Highland Haven is the ultimate modern farmhouse lovingly named after the cute Highland cow art featured in the cozy living room. Just off the main living are is an office nook perfect for remote work and school, or a fun coloring space for kids. Summer is just around the corner! The neighborhood has a community park and pool (open seasonally typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather dependent) and is near Settler's Park. As the weather cools down warm up on the patio with the propane firepit while you play some yard games - Jumbo Jenga or Cornhole with our custom Idaho boards! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps 8 making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Just down the street from the neighborhood entrance is the expansive Settler's park featuring baseball fields, horseshoe and pickle ball courts, a large playground with swings and splash pad, and a seasonal disc golf course ( typically open November-February). A few miles away is Meridian's outdoor mall, The Village, or Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone. If you want to branch out of Meridian enjoy quick freeway access for exploring more of what the Treasure Valley has to offer!

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. Top bunk weight limit is 200lbs.

Great house!

Home was very clean, easy to check in, and host was very helpful and responds quickly. The neighborhood was very nice and the pool was a big hit. I would stay here again.

Family trip

We spent a week here while visiting our daughter who is a sophomore at BSU. We all had a great time. The house was clean and perfect for our family of 4 (daughter stayed at her place) and two dogs. The pool was a hit for our teens and the reason we stayed here. Perfect!

Central location in Meridian

We had a nice visit with family in the home, even though we didn't stay in there much. It was the most basic rental we have stayed at, zero spices, condiments, limited kitchen wares, etc. Overall a pleasant stay except for the the AC that couldn't cool the house efficiently. I think the lowest we got the AC was 70° even when it was colder at night outside. Master bedroom bed is very soft. House is supposed to sleep 10 yet there aren't enough of anything for 10. Seating on the couch is for 5 max, rather small couch given the occupancy. Living room is decent sized for additional seating.

Baseball tournament

We came for a baseball tournament at Settlers park, location was great! AC didn’t work the first night and it was hot and uncomfortable. We had 10 people, a mix of adults and kids. Bedrooms all upstairs which was nice. Living area pretty small for that many people. Couch only seats 5. Could have used more kitchen ware, not enough plates and silverware for 10 people. Very limited cookware and food storage and preparation items. Pool was just a few houses down and was great.

A great place to stay

I would highly recommend this home for your next getaway. We had a great time at the pool and met some lovely neighbors. It was also the perfect place for our pups.

Short stay for wedding

My family stayed here for a wedding. I am originally from the Boise area but had too many family members from out of town to stay with family. Our stay was short but the house was very clean and the location was great. We had no problems with check in. We didn't have to contact owners because everything we needed was there and our stay was very comfortable. If you are looking at this property, don't hesitate to book.
