NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Spacious and Cozy Studio with a separate full kitchen!
Newly remodeled studio with brand new furniture, new kitchen, and a bathroom. Separate street entrance, parking, and small private fully fenced back yard. It's located in the nice Poinsettia Hitghts district on the corner of the tranquil street. The studio is less than 2 miles or 5 minutes' drive from the Beach and Olas restaurants and Bars district. Grocery Stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
The space
Spacious Studio with a full- separate kitchen. Fully furnished.
Guest access
Separate entrance from the street corner. You first get through the private yard gate, and then You get to the private Studio entrance. We will get you with the door code once you arrive.

No access to wifi

Because we travelled from Canada, having wifi was extremely important. Also, the TV wouldn’t work because there was an internet connection issue. We were beyond frustrated. We stayed two days with no internet or tv. We tried numerous times to get in contact with the owner, Igor. His response had nothing to do with our concerns, seemed like an automatic response that gets sent out regardless of concerns. I’d hate to see if there was a plumbing concern. There was no contact number to reach the owner so we relied on VRBO messaging the whole time.

Endroit plus petit qu'il n'y parait dans les photos, trĂšs sombre car la vĂ©gĂ©tation devant les fenĂȘtres empĂȘchent la lumiĂšre d'entrer. On a pas pu connaĂźtre la procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e (ClĂ©? Code? HĂŽte sur place ou pas?) avant de descendre de l'avion, l'hĂŽte ne rĂ©pondant pas Ă  mes messages. On a dĂ» contacter VRBO pour obtenir le code Wi-Fi car l'hĂŽte ne rĂ©pondait pas Ă  mes messages. L'annonce fait Ă©tat d'une laveuse/sĂ©cheuse; en rĂ©alitĂ© il s'agit d'un bidule en plastique avec aucun mode d'emploi et les tubes d'entrĂ©e d'eau absents. On a donc dĂ» trouver un lavoir public et perdre une matinĂ©e avec ça. Il y a de la moisissure noire dans la douche, donc propretĂ© Ă  amĂ©liorer. Cependant, le lit est tellement confortable! TrĂšs proche de la plage, cartier plutĂŽt tranquille.

Grossly Deceiving!!

Igor, should update his pictures, this place was nothing like the pictures posted. When we arrived and opened the front door there were some kind of animal droppings all over the floor. A guest shouldn't have to frantically look for a broom or vacuum to clean up upon arrival. The stick vacuum that was there was broken and i had to use a towel to sweep them out. The kitchen was gross, and the bed sheets smelled. It was supposed to be a 3 night stay, we left in 2, because of the falsified description and deceiving pictures. I contacted Igor and asked for a refund for the 3rd night, his return message asked for a 5 star review but nothing about the conditions we stayed in. DO NOT STAY HERE!! THIS PLACE IS A DUMPSTER ON FIRE đŸ”„ 😳

Imperfect spot with a great locale

Place is in a good neighborhood close to everything in Ft. Lauderdale. Initially had good communication, but the booking did not provide wifi info and the host did not respond to my inquiries for four days, which was disappointing as this was a working stay. Had termite swarms in the bathroom at night and had to be careful not to leave the lights on for long. That was not pleasant. I let the host know. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Great Little Cottage

This is a great little cottage with comfortable sleeping and sitting spaces. There is a 2-car dedicated driveway for the cottage and a private entrance and unit. Host is always at the ready for help but never intrusive. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and residential. Access to Federal Highway is a stone's throw with its great shops and restaurants. Beach access is easy and all told, this is a great short-term property.

Great location and accommodations!!

The studio was prefect for us and our 2 boys (dogs). It was very convenient for us since my SIL lives around the corner. The yard was great, this allowed the boys to run outside and do the easy business for them. We would take them for long walks to do the other business. We were very conscious, of picking up after the boys. It would be great if they had a small pail outside so we could place all the poop bags in. ( just an idea) The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a nice size easy for one person at a time to be in. The shower was big enough and the water pressure was good. The kitchen was full stock but we didn’t use since we would go over to our family’s house to have meals or we’d go out. We will definitely be staying here in the future, if our adult kids come with us we would look into getting the bigger house next door which is part of the studio apartment. Igor was great with communicating with us and would check in to ensure we were doing ok. If you are looking for something small, simple and easy, this is th place.

Beautiful little hideaway

This is a charming and very comfortable cottage remote from the main house and very private. There is ample seating, and the bed is very comfortable. Small kitchen works well for two people and the bathroom is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and very close to Federal Highway for all kinds of shopping, dining and other activities. The beach is a short ride away as is Las Olas with upscale shops and dining. We very much enjoyed staying here and for us was close (walkable) to family.

Close to beach/shopping. Clean, cozy for 2 and our dog.

Super comfy bed, quiet neighborhood-felt safe enough to walk our dog. Clean inside, great hot water for shower. Galley kitchen with induction burners-cooked up eggs in a snap! 7 min drive to beach and 3 min drive to all convenient shopping/groceries. Owner was responsive, helpful and gave us our privacy.

Terrific studio and very helpful hosts

My husband, 11 yr old, and I rented this studio over Christmas for a place to stay near, but not with family. 😁 Perfect little spot if you just need space to crash, with a comfortable and sleepable sofa in addition to the bed, and kitchenette as well as bathroom. It was everything we needed! The host checked in via message to see if we needed anything during our stay. And when we unknowingly left my son's new glasses behind, the host quickly let us know and sent them back to us! We're very thankful!

Felt very safe

I used this property as a way to surprise my daughter at college for her birthday. I really liked the energy of the place from the picture right away. For the two of us staying there it gets VERY safe. I was slightly worried about that. It ended up being quite private and very nice. It is set up with just enough of everything for furniture and tables. I gave five stars, because the owner seemed amazing, I would just say that I was a little surprised at the short time of check in and check out, as we only needed it to sleep at night. The fees seem a little much, so I am not sure I could do it again. May be best for a weekly rental! It was a great size for two!

Excellent host!!

The host was very accommodating and helped us out from being in a very tough situation when they didnt have to. Place was serene and private and we enjoyed very much especially the private yard space and nice cold a/c!! We live just a few blocks away but this place made it feel like a much needed mini vacation. Definitely recommend!

everything you need

The place is exactly as described with no surprises it has a very nice outdoor area as well. The location is very good about 2 miles from the beach and 2 miles from all of the Las Olas bars and clubs so you really get the best of both worlds here.

Would book again!

Great, cozy place to stay with my husband and our doggie! Cute outdoor space. We just didn't realize it was spring break weekend so the unit next door had people over and playing loud music, but it was tolerable. 10 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Definitely recommend booking!

The location is prefect close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. They let us in early. The studio we rented was clean. Though the shower head was too low for me. I'm 6'1" . The little yard was nice for our dogs to go outside in safety. Definitely will come back.
