You are just walking distance to beautiful Lake Loveland and iconic Benson Sculpture Park.
Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park is only a 40 minute drive up the stunning Big Thompson Canyon.
Head 5 miles east to I25 corridor for a jaunt north to Cheyenne or south to Denver.
In the summer go boating on Boyd Lake, Carter Lake or Horsetooth Reservoir, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Or walk to the swim beach on Lake Loveland.
Skiing is just over an hour away at Eldora Ski Area in Nederland. Take the Peak to Peak highway for a more scenic drive! Continue on to Blackhawk/Central City for some fun at the casinos!
Sheridan Haven allows you to enjoy a place to relax in comfort after a long day exploring. The back yard is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sun and evening smores. Internet, local broadcasting and free Netflix available on the 50” smart tv. Lots of throw blankets and pillows to cozy up on the leather couches. Warm lighting for ambience creates the perfect space for winding down. Yoga mats and dvds provided for your daily rituals.

All beds have memory foam toppers, windows have blackout curtains, and bamboo rack in closet for luggage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create your culinary masterpieces. Many herbs and pantry staples are provided. Throw together a meal to cook while you explore the area with a large crockpot, blend your healthy smoothie or frozen margarita’s in the blender. Granite cookware makes for healthier non stick cooking with no toxic breakdown of cooking surface. Grill right off the kitchen on the patio on the Weber gas grill.
Seating for 6 at the bar top dining table is cozy and open to the livingroom.
Complimentary coffee and condiments for a single cup or full pot Keurig…we’re conscious of waste so a reusable Keurig filter is provided.
Great LG Washer and Dryer with laundry products available if needed.
A pack and play, highchair and toys are also available for those traveling with little ones. We love our poochies so we’re happy to provide a fully fenced yard and ergonomic dog feeder for Your poochies!

Nice cozy house to use as home base for exploring northern Colorado (Estes Park, Ft Collins, Loveland, RMNP) as well as Denver for the day. Very quiet neighborhood, central a/c, and three nice bedrooms. Sweet backyard with table and chairs for al fresco dining (AM and PM), big living room, and ample parking. Very nice washer & dryer as well, so you can pack light.Owner just a text away and responds very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean and great location for us!

Everything was great. We have a dog and they are very pet friendly!! It was very nice size so we all had a bed to sleep on. There instructions was accurate and very accommodating. Next time we are in Loveland we would use this listing again.

Loveland Christmas

This is the second time we have said at this property and it works so well for us. Ronda is such a good host, house has absolutely everything you need, location is great and she is so good about pets. We love traveling with our fur babies and she makes it so easy. We definitely will be coming back!

Perfect vacation rental.

Close to alot of activities in the town, but also close enough to get out of town to popular tourist destinations quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and spacious!

Serene backyard with spacious kitchen

Second time staying at this property! Booked it for a second time for the comfortable home, peaceful fenced in yard for our dog, and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Owner provides just about everything you could need for a relaxing stay.

Good value with many thoughtful little things which enhanced the stay: snacks, hairdryer, many pillows in each room, coffee pods, kitchen sundries (spices, sugar, flour, honey, condiments) It was great for 3 siblings and their spouses attending CSU graduation

Great host and home

We wanted to stay near Fort Collins for Thanksgiving because we had a new granddaughter less than a week old. The house was a nice size and the owner was in great communications both phone calls and text. The house was well stocked and dog friendly. I would definitely stay with this owner again.

This place had everything we needed for our family of 5. Everything we needed for cooking meals was there. Back yard was where we spent most our time. Overall great place and great location. Easy check in/out, great communication from host. Overall would definitely recommend. Will stay here again when back in the area.

Great little place!

We loved our stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We brought our two dogs with us and they had a blast running around the good sized backyard. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept up. Ronda is very communicative and gave us thorough instructions for check in so there was nothing to question. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

Rocky Mountains vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and well stocked with necessities. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Ronda’s communication was excellent. She even recommended a local chiropractor for a much needed adjustment. Loveland was a perfect area to stay while visiting RMNP.

Exceeded expectations

Cute, comfortable, tastefully decorated home that was absolutely perfect for my daughter, our dog, and me. The kitchen was large, immaculate, and fully stocked. We wanted a vrbo that had a yard for our dog and this exceeded my expectation. It is very large and fenced in with a beautiful patio! Communication with host was prompt and courteous. If I’m in the area , I hope to stay again!

Really cute property in a great location. Great host!

This place was decorated super nicely with comfortable furniture. The owner was very responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Some highlights were that there were plenty of dishes and soft fluffy towels, something that other places skimp on. The owner was super open to honest feedback, and was willing to get whatever we needed. My kids were happy to see a bunny in the backyard. It was nice to have a garage to park the car in. We had a lovely day walking through the sculpture gardens. The weather was beautiful, even though it’s the end of November.

Last minute getaway

Everything about this place was wonderful! I always am anxious once I book a VRBO but every review was outstanding and true. Ronda was very attentive and had provided everything that one would need to relax and feel comfortable. This is such a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. I walked every morning with my dogs to Benson Sculpture Park. It was only a mile away and one the most beautiful sites. The private backyard was also plus. It was well taken care off- my dogs loved playing in it. It was also a plus to be able to park in the garage at this VRBO. The location really couldn’t have been more perfect for getting around. We went Estes Park and Fort Collin, along with exploring Loveland. We were lucky to find such a wonderful place and if we are in the area , we will for sure stay here again

Best VRBO stay yet

First, the house was exactly as advertised. Second, the bed in the primary was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on. (The other two beds looked great but I did not lie on them.) The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, comfortable. Upon arrival there was a bowl with various snacks on the counter which we greatly appreciated after our long drive. There’s a large washer and dryer along with laundry soap plus, enough paper towels and toilet paper for our week long stay so we didn’t have to purchase any or call the host. The neighborhood is lovely. Seems quiet and safe. We walked our dog both day and night and had 0 problems. The backyard gets an A+! Pretty and well kept, large enough to throw a frisbee for my dog and keep it in the yard. Communication with the owner was easy and immediate. I come through Loveland often and will stay here again. My dog loved it too.

I'm so happy to host your stay in Northern Colorado! I moved to this area in 1978 from Chicago, Illinois. I first landed in Estes park and immediately fell in love with the area. Over the years I worked in several aspects of the tourist industry before moving down the Big Thompson Canyon to Loveland. All my life I have been in the service industry. It's a natural transition to host visitors to the area. If there is anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please feel free to call me! Sheridan Haven was my home for many years before I started leasing it to long term renters. I had some interesting experiences, some good and some bad. I decided to transition my home in to a vacation rental so I can serve more people and have a place to accommodate family and friends when in the area . I love to see people fall in love with the area as I did 43 years ago. And I'm very sentimental about this home. We've put a lot of love into this home over the last 17 years. And will continue to work to improve upon things moving forward. Your feedback is always welcome, good or bad, it will help us improve your experience with us.

Sheridan Haven is in a very convenient location to everything Northern Colorado. Walking distance to some of Loveland's greatest treasures! Lake Loveland is known for it's swim beach and walking trail. Benson Sculpture Park is just a few blocks away. Close to everything you need in the way of shopping.
In the summer, Sheridan Haven will have a bountiful garden for guests to enjoy tending if they'd like to, but most importantly, they will reap the benefits of the harvest throughout the season. In the fall guests may even enjoy some fresh apples and peaches from the trees out back. A short drive to spectacular Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Further north is the Poudre Canyon and Red Feather Lakes if you'd like a little more seclusion from the crowds and top notch trout fishing. Skiing in the winter at Eldora allows you to avoid all the traffic of I70 and just a little over an hour to get there! Added bonus is having a host that has lived in the area for 43 years. I can direct you to where you want to go to do just about anything. And if you're thinking you'd like to move here, I can help you shop around. I'm a licensed Realtor and love introducing people to the area.
