The space

Elegant, recently built chalet to rent in a privileged location of El Tarter, Andorra. The property has an exclusive dominant position over the whole village and in front of the Grandvalira ski slopes, which allows you to enjoy unrivalled panoramic views and access to the cable cars of the slopes in just a few minutes.
The day area of the villa consists of a bright living room with a fireplace, and opens onto a spectacular terrace that surrounds the entire property. From here you can enjoy the intense sunshine that characterises the Principality of Andorra - 300 days a year - while soaking up the views. Up a couple of steps from the living room is the kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, which opens onto the dining area.
This unique property can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 double bedrooms, an office and 4 full bathrooms.
The bedrooms are very spacious and are designed in detail to offer maximum comfort. Along the same lines, the different floors of the property are interconnected by both stairs and a lift. The property also has a discreet laundry area and a garage with capacity for several vehicles, especially useful on days of heavy snowfall.
