***Parking: March 1, 2025*** Sterling Reef guest will register their vehicle(s) through the registration system, GuestSVCS, prior to arrival. A license plate reader will be located at the entrance of the parking garage that will read the plates of the incoming vehicles.
After booking, you will receive an email from GuestSVCS providing a link where you will register your vehicle(s) and pay for parking directly through the service.
Should you have any changes before your arrival, you will be able to update your information using the link provided.
Parking cost: $50 per vehicle *2 vehicle max

*Renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying in unit during the reserved dates
*This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or in any common areas. Smoking is permitted in the designated area only, located on Sky Terrace Level 3

*This is a self catering property but we do provide starter items for our guest: 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, several garbage bags, travel size shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 2 dish tabs and sponge, 2 Gain flings, 2 dryer sheets, Liquid dish soap and hands-soap. We also keep several spices and oils in the cabinet including salt and pepper for our guest to use.
*Highchair, Pack-n-Play and booster seat available for use during stay.
*Parking: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking garage is underneath the building. Guests will register vehicle(s) through GuestSVCS and may park anywhere in the garage. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats or trailers are allowed on the property/parking garage.

Amazing view

The unit was so clean and comfortable! The view of the ocean was beautiful and we saw dolphins every morning! The host was one of the best ever. She was kind, attentive and prompt to respond to questions.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The owner was helpful easy to communicate with. The attention to details in decorating and supplying the condo made it feel “homey”! Even though the weather didn’t allow us to see the sunset, the view of the gulf was beautiful! We would stay again.

We felt right at home in this property from the second we walked in the door. The unit was well laid out, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The deck was amazing with wonderful sunset views each night and we even saw dolphins from the deck. The owners have thought of everything you will need for a beach stay BYO sunscreen. We can’t wait to come back to Panama City Beach.

Fun Getaway

We had a great week in this condo. It was clean, modern and had most everything we needed. My biggest compliment goes to the host. Kristi answered all our questions and was very timely in getting back to us. The view of the ocean was spectacular. She had a great notebook full of ideas and places to go eat and visit. All the codes we needed were all in one place.

Panama Softball Tournament Dec 2022

Check in was a breeze. Very nice, updated condo. Had extra toilet paper, paper towels and extra garbage bags. A lot don't. We enjoyed our stay. About 5 to 10 minutes from Frank Brown park, depending on traffic. The condo was great and gave it 5 stars. The complex was down to one elevator so it was slow. Parking was okay since it was December but could see it being pretty tight in high season. A recommendation for ALL condos. Put felt on the bottom of the dining chairs. I could hear scraping from the above condo as they put chairs in and out. I'm sure the people below us heard the same thing. We had several family members staying in another condo for tournament

Perfect place for our family of 4!

We LOVED our stay at Sterling Reef! Kristy was so great and super about responding and communicating. The condo was so clean and updated in style. Plenty of towels in both bathrooms to use. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook! There’s a full coffee brewer OR a Keurig for your coffee in the morning. Large screen tv in the main room and tv’s in both bedrooms. 6 nice beach towels to use during your stay. The beach chair rental that comes with the property is wonderful and a huge savings at the beach! The beach loungers are usually $45 per day for two. There is a closet that has 4 chairs to bring down to the beach, a wagon, plenty of sand toys if you have young kiddos, and a bags set game. Having older kids at 18 and 14 this was a fun family activity we could do together on the beach! JetSkis were available to rent on the beach too, just have to pay $10 and take a Florida boater’s test of 25 pretty common sense questions to get your temporary license to ride the JetSki, then pay $100. The pier that’s close by is $3 per person to walk on but a little more if you wanted to fish. The location was great too for walking to places. There were a couple of Sunsation stores you can walk to to get souvenirs. Two mini golf places within walking distance too, one across the street! Harpoon Harry’s had great seafood, along with Hooter’s for wings and a Shrimp Boat restaurant within half a mile. The “Shipwrecked water park” opens in April so we didn’t get to try that place but within walking distance. We were on the 11th floor and had to wait a couple times for the elevator but not terrible. Only 1 elevator was working. The other elevator was being fixed and they said should be ready by mid April so then they’ll have two working elevators, which will help greatly. This condo had a great long patio to hang out on with such a beautiful view! It has nice patio furniture(not plastic) , a cushioned lounge chair, a couple of comfy chairs and a high top table with 4 swivel chairs perfect for enjoying a meal. Loved sipping on our coffee out there in the morning! The pools were nice but neither were heated. It was a chillier March Spring Break with 55-70 range degree temps during the days. The ocean with the warmer sand was actually warmer so we hung out there during the days mostly. The pool would be great for warmer temps! Overall we were so happy with our stay at Sterling Reef and this condo. We hope to come back someday and stay here!

I liked that he parking was underneath the building, they’re only two elevators for 19 floor building. However, it was no big deal due to it being late September, the unit smelled clean. It was extremely clean. The host had gone out of their way to make sure you had everything that you needed from codes to the beach coach to the pool and Wi-Fi, the unit was very nice and Updated the bed was very comfortable. The location was very good also.

Our best PCB vacation

The condo is exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook breakfast and a nice dinner. Extremely clean!! I read some reviews about the wait on the elevator but we didn’t have to wait any longer than 2-3 minutes a few times. The best part of the whole condo was the beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. We all had an amazing week and will definitely be coming back.
