THE APARTMENT
The apartment features the following floor plan:
- An air-conditioned living room, with leather sofa and TV, opening to a garden and its secluded green space where you will be able to enjoy having a peaceful breakfast with singing green parakeets as your background music.
- An open-floor kitchen, with a counter and upscale equipment.
- A bedroom with a double bed and dressing room.
- A shower room with toilets.
And for added convenience, a secure shared parking is available within the area, monitored by cameras and a guard.
The Place de l’Étang is an easy 5-minute walk away, where you will find a choice of restaurants… and the local petanque players!
The definition of a seaside vacation, as a couple or with friends, will take on its full meaning with this apartment, only a 5-minute walk from the beaches. Take some leisurely time to stroll along the Croisette seafront and reach the center of Cannes within about twenty minutes; upscale shopping and top-rated establishments are all yours.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 35 minutes on foot from the train station, or 20 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can arrange for you through our concierge service.

Situated in the heart of the Palm Beach district, the surroundings will offer you a “village” atmosphere just as you like them…
Within a 5-minute walk radius, you will find all shopping options for your daily needs: supermarkets, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, hairdresser…
Do you want to discover the center of Cannes? Follow the famous Croisette seafront and get to the Palais des Festivals within 20 minutes, walking between the sea and the luxury boutiques, or take public transportation from the convenient bus stops located only a few steps from the apartment.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are 5 bus-stops in immediate proximity to the apartment, with easy access to the center of town using the bus line # 8.

A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes.
All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
