On the ground floor of a beautiful residence, this 2* apartment benefits from a small terrace facing north-east, ideal for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for a couple, and offers you all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Separate bedroom: equipped with a 160x180 cm bed to guarantee a quality sleep.
Bathroom: equipped with a modern shower, a sink, a heated towel rail, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. WC in the room as well as controlled mechanical ventilation (CMV) for optimal comfort.
Private parking in the residence opposite the apartment.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Consumption package in addition to âŹ50, except from 23 May 2025 to 20 September 2025.
