Introducing "The Fenelon Place" an elite vacation rental perched bluff top in historic Dubuque, Iowa. With stunning views of downtown, the Mississippi River and situated at the top of the Fenelon Street Elevator, this home is the place to stay in Dubuque. Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms allow for groups or families to stay in comfort and style! All can congregate in the shared spaces to enjoy the well stocked kitchen, cozy living room with a fireplace and the deck area with its beautiful views. There is no grill at the home. There may have been one in the photos-but it has been removed due to safety issues.

Perfect for our group

This was the perfect place for our group. It was close to friends that could be our 'uber' for the weekend and close to the marina when we had to walk to our boat on Sunday. Would highly recommend!

Brewfest at Five Flags

We loved the location and convenience of this property. The description was just as advertised and it was great for 4 couples staying there. Furnishings were more than adequate. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place

The Fenelon Place was clean and modern with lots of room. It had everything we needed. We plan to stay there again!

Cleanliness

The house was nice but the cleanliness was not great. There were boogers and stains on the beds and walls in the kids room. Black hair or fur and dead bugs were found around the home, specifically on the couch and stairs. Beds looked like they had been slept in and not washed. The top bunk is mainly unusable if you have the ceiling fan on and has very poor lighting. The pillows were flat and also had stains on them. For the most part we enjoyed our stay but the cleanliness was not up to par.

Great Find!

We had rented a property near Galena only to have it cancel unexpectedly less than a month before Thanksgiving weekend. We found this place and it was a great find! It was clean, close to our event, and plenty spacious for the eight of us. The kitchen was nicely supplied with all the necessities to cook a meal. Would highly recommend this property to anyone needing a larger space for their family.

Great rental property in great location

The house was clean and spacious. It is in a great location. Easy to get to downtown and area restaurants and shops. Only recommendations would be at add a mirror to the bedrooms.

Beautiful property!

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a few separate families staying and all felt like we had our own space. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location. The property manager was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend!

Weekend in Dubuque

What a great weekend in a beautiful home! We were a group of 10, ages 4-67, and it was the perfect spot for all of us! The house was so clean it practically sparkled, had everything you could possibly need and was was comfortable in every aspect! Our family was in 100% agreement that this was the best home we have ever vacationed in. We will definitely be back - one weekend was not enough to enjoy all that Dubuque has to offer! This home is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a trip to the Dubuque area!

Wonderful place for family to stay

This is a much newer property than those surrounding it. It is modern, clean and well laid out. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. All bedrooms are roomy and have TVs. Great views from the living room, deck and upstair master BR. Wonderful gathering area on the main floor for the family. Love the location. The fourth street elevator was only about a block away, making downtown and the many things there walking distance. Only problem for us is it was shut down for the winter (11/30 to 4/1), Highly recommend.

Great place for a family

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. My Mom passed and we were there for the funeral. Great location, quiet, nice size kitchen and family gathering area. Fun to walk down to the 4th Street Elevator and check out the view, take a ride. Great memories for all! Will definitely stay here again.
