Large 4 Bedroom space upstairs with large daylight basement with 3 Bedrooms downstairs. High speed internet and basement living room has in-floor heat. Fully furnished. TV in each bedroom as well as in each living room. XBOX on both levels, can accommodate up to 8 players. Rec/game room between upper and lower levels. Within walking distance to pool, parks, gym, trails, and town. BBQ Grill. Driveway parking.

Great House with everything a big group might need

This was the perfect place for our big group to stay in Valdez. Jessica went above and beyond to set up extra beds , allowing everyone in our group to spread out, and have their own room. The house itself is nicely set up with two kitchens (if you rent the whole place), and a few games to pass time. It’s located in a quiet area with magnificent views of the mountains. Would absolutely recommend this stay for big groups. My only suggestion would be to add more seating for larger groups to lounge/relax together

A Fabulous Retreat--Perfect in Every Way

Everything about this beautiful home in Valdez was truly extraordinary! From communicating with our wonderful host to checking in to the home itself--it couldn't have been easier or better. There were eight of us on a girls trip through Alaska and all of us loved our stay. This home had ample space, plenty of beds, a television and charging outlets in every bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking a meal, and even a basket with things a traveler might have forgotten like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and Advil. The location was on a beautiful, quiet street that was close to downtown, including the harbor, restaurants, and museums. Our host even invited us to pick raspberries that were growing in the backyard--they were delicious, of course. I wish I could have given this home a 10-star rating instead of a 5-star rating. If anyone is visiting Valdez with a large group--this is the place to stay!!!

The perfect house!

We were a big family group. This home had plenty of bedrooms, two kitchens, and three living room/rec areas. We had wonderful meals, games, and music. This was the perfect "base camp" to explore Valdez!

Mayor's Cup

We were in Valdez to watch my son race in the Mayor's Cup. We rented the house with another racing family. They were unable to make it last minute so it was just the 3 of us. The house was beautiful and close to everything. The water was cold the first day we were there, but the owners came and fixed it the next morning. I would rent this house again, if traveling with multiple families/friends.

Spring Vacation in Valdez

The apartment is a short walk to harbor. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long trip. Hope to stay there again very soon.
