- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a furnished terrace for your outdoor lunches.
You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
It should be noted that it is not possible to park in front of the accommodation.
The apartment is ideally located:
- 2 min walk from the beach.
- 10 min walk from Saint-Raphaël station.
- Close to all shops.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "MONOPRIX" is 9 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Plage des Sablettes 2 minutes walk;
- the Vieux-Port de Saint-Raphaël at 8 minutes;
- the Plage Beaurivage at 17 minutes, and many more.

Fréjus was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which dominated the region at the time. Fréjus has the largest concentration of ancient remains in France after Arles. There's also the Base Nature François Léotard (outdoor sports complex with numerous summer events).

From the Saint-Raphaël Valescure train station: 10 minutes by car.
From Nice CĂŽte d'Azur Airport: 50 minutes by car.
