Charming duplex – Heart of the city

Welcome to our pretty duplex in the heart of the city with its air-conditioned bedroom upstairs, a spacious and pleasant pied-à-terre to allow you to spend a stay in complete serenity, on the top floor with elevator of a very beautiful building. art deco style.

Important: the living room & its balcony overlook the construction site of the new Nice police hotel, the work takes place during the week from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., noise pollution is not disturbing because the apartment is equipped with glass windows. double glazing.

Its exceptional location will give you an ideal starting point to explore the colorful streets of Nice on foot.

The accommodation is composed on the first level of a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) opening onto the living room. At this level there is no air conditioning but a pedestal fan.

The lounge area is equipped with a sofa, a free Wi-Fi connection and an overhead projector which allows you to access applications such as Netlix, Primevideo, Disney+ or even international channels like on a Smart TV.

The living room opens onto a balcony to enjoy a breakfast in the sun! (note that for the moment the view is aesthetically less pleasant due to the construction in progress)

On the first floor you will have air conditioning for the bedroom (with Queen Size bed), office area, adjoining bathroom and separate WC.

A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).

The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.

The ideal location will allow you to live at the rhythm of the Riviera during your stay, close to the best food shops & restaurants.
