Beautiful private fully gated compound. Oceanfront with direct beach access. Well furnished with all needs anticipated! Turn-Key for a fabulous relaxing Pacific coast vacation.
Accommodates up to 14 guests.
- Any amount past the total of 14 guests must be pre-approved prior to the day of check in. This includes guest that come to the property regardless to just visit during the day or stay overnight.
- Additional can be accomedated if pre-approved by the owner and guest fee is paid at the time of booking.
- It is imperative the guest be transparent and honest with amount of people at time of booking. If a guest attempts to bring additional people to the property that are not approved at the time of booking is subject to immediate removal of property and forfeiture of the total security deposit.

General information:
- 2 night minimum stay.
- Photo identification required for all guests 18 or older.
- The primary function of the house staff is for daily cleaning and assistance. As a courtesy to the house guests, they are also available for assistance in light meal preparation. They are not full time cooks or chefs. If full time assistance is needed for food preparation and cooking, that can be accommodated for for a nominal fee. Please PM for details.
Property includes 3 house staff which are responsible for interior and exterior cleaning along with meal preperation and cooking.
- The house staffs time is dedicated to specifically completing the responsibilities that are associated with the property. Specific personal request outside of staffs property responsibilities are prohibited.
- Electricity is the single most expensive cost in the home. Most properties do not offer any courtesy kilowatts/electric, it usually falls on the full responsibility of house guests, and if it is offered, the price per day to rent the property far exceeds any benefit realized by the given kilowatts/electricity. We have taken an innovative approach with our property: we have proactively invested a large amount of money in a modern solar system with back-up batteries. By taking this approach, it provides two benefits: 1. The deletion of any issues with power outages and 2. the ability to offer a reasonable amount of courtesy electricity at no charge. This includes no charge electricity up to 60 kilowatts a day. Any daily usage beyond that amount is the responsibility of the house guest at $0.50 a kilowatt. Kilowatt usage is recorded upon check-in and check-out to ensure accuracy of usage. Any usage above the 60 kilowatts must be paid in full prior to check-out. Since check-in and check-out are considered partial days, there will be an equal split of the 60 allotted kilowatts per day with given 30 kilowatts hours each of those days.
- Overflow space available for additional cost; 2 bedroom apartment w/ shared bathroom if needed (inquire before booking).
- At end of stay, it is customary to leave gratuity tip in envelope for house staff.
- Private transportation to and from airport or one-time grocery service prior to check-in is available as a courtesy at a low cost, message host for details.
- Taxi and sightseeing service information provided upon request.
- $200 US or equivalent deposit for overage of electricity is required upon check in.
- Electricity deposit will be fully refunded upon check out less any overages of electricity past the courtesy given amount of 60kw per night.
- The electricity start is captured at time of check in by owner and captured at time of check out by owner.
- If the amount of electricity exceeds the given amount of 60 kwh per night times the number of nights in the given stay it is calculated at .50 per kWh and will be deducted from the security deposit without exception.
There is 0 tolerance for negotiationing the overage of the given amount.
The amount of electricity consumed directly relates to the amount of energy consumed during the stay.
- If a guest is concerned about the amount of energy they are consuming nightly they may inquire directly with the owner after 24 hour period.
