The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 92 m² house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in Le Palais, less than 2 km from the beach. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 400 m² garden. We're waiting for you !

The accommodation comprises :
Ground floor :
- 50 m² living room with sof and dining area and pellet stove (pellets are not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 50 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A second 35 m² west-facing terrace
- A lovely 400 m² private, enclosed garden.

The house is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the house's private car park (electric vehicle charging point available).
- The port is a 10-minute drive from the house.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner.
- The pellet stove is functional but the pellets are the responsibility of the tenants.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
