It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included - we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)

Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A lovely 400 m² private garden

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
