56 mÂČ air-conditioned duplex apartment on the 3rd and top floor (no lift) of a secure residence by the sea, facing the Vias beach. Private parking is available. The residence features a park, swimming pool, barbecue area and petanque area. Shops, restaurants and entertainment on the Avenue de la MĂ©diterranĂ©e are just 100 m away.
The first level features an entrance hall leading to a bedroom with double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, a shower room with heated towel rail, separate WC, and a bright living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, toaster, filter and Senseo coffee makers, dishwasher, washing machine). The lounge has a 4-seater sofa, a TV with Orange Livebox fibre and a bookcase with books and board games. Direct access to a 9.5 mÂČ terrace-loggia for meals or relaxing.
Upstairs is a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190), a sofa bed and a bathroom with washbasin.
Pets are not allowed.
To be paid upon arrival:
Security deposit (EUR 500, bank imprint), tourist tax (according to current rates).
Utilities (water and electricity are included in the rental price).
End-of-stay cleaning and household linen are also included.
The property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
