This townhouse is located within a private gated community with a 24-hour guard on duty.

Guests experience touches of luxury in this elegantly furnished, attractively decorated townhome. After your fantastic stay at Windsor Palms, you'll take back countless wonderful memories from visits to all the theme parks, Wide World of Sports, Universal Studios, and Disney Springs, plus peaceful resort life, and great times with travel partners.

This HolidayStays townhome sleeps 6 comfortably; the master bedroom and its ensuite/bathroom have a king size bed and a garden style bathtub (upstairs); the second bedroom has a queen size bed and adjoining full-size bathroom (downstairs), and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom (upstairs). Each bedroom has its own ensuite/bathroom and cable TV. The screened/walk-out pool is a real relaxing treat after spending a grand time at all nearby Florida/Orlanda attractions.

HolidayStays is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable with all the comforts of home and includes a local contact to assist you with any needs, questions, or concerns during your stay.

If you are traveling with toddlers, HolidayStays townhouse is equipped with a pack and play, and a stroller. The living room/lounge area features cable/stream/smart television, TVs/stereo, and DVD player. Complimentary wireless internet is also provided for all guests. You will be supplied with all common appliances, dishes, towels, etc. -- same items you rely on at your current home.

The townhome is just 2 blocks from the Windsor Palms Resort clubhouse where the whole family can relax and enjoy the Olympic size pool, visit the game room, exercise at the fitness center, or catch a show at the movie theatre. The Windsor Palms estate offers tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and child friendly playgrounds.

Great home, good location

Very nice and comfortable home to relax and enjoy our time. Quiet neighborhood, easy check-in process. Host was kind, good communication etc. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay when visiting Orlando

We loved the location of this property - near great restaurants and close to Disney. The property was very clean and cozy and the kitchen was very well stocked with needed items. Would absolutely stay here again!

Family Trip

Magical Disney Vacation

We loved staying at this property. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to Disney and lots of other places to eat and shop. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. We hope to stay with them again on our next trip!

Perfect Location, perfect property

As advertised, excellent comms from owner, safe resort. The resort itself has a great communal bar and pool, thatvwe didnt think we would use but did plenty. Great location for disney parks and for places to eat. Soacious accomodation, bigger than the photos look. Air con works well. Highly recommend

Disney Stay

This property was perfect for your family Disney vacation. Everything was very easy checking in. Coming to and going from the complex was easy as well once checked in. A fair amount of rules for your stay but if you follow everything it will be a great stay. 20 minutes from Disney resorts and parks, usually always some kind of traffic except late at night but still accessible. Quiet private and tucked away.

Great location for visiting WDW, the property was clean and had a few small details that made our trip a bit easier (hand soap, some dish soap, two detergent taps and dishwasher tabs etc. The house could use a bit of tlc but overall a fantastic place to stay.

Literally unbelievable! Best of everything!

Checkin couldn’t be better. House very comfortable. Lots of space , clean and location was perfect. I think Mickey lived next door! You could stay a Month and not hit all the restaurants in the neighborhood. Felt safe! Hosts responded to our every need. What else can I say! Thank you!’

Great Location

The property was in a great location for us. Not far from the Disney parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property was nice and clean, however it did have an odd smell when we arrived, but we sprayed an air freshener and that took care of the smell. House could probably use a few updates. Shower head in master bath is a little rough. Shower curtain should probably be changed as well. Toilet clogged a couple times. Luckily there was a plunger. Be advised that there are raccoons nearby. Whoever stayed at the property before us left a big pile of garbage at the front door and it wasn’t picked up till the following day. When we woke up the following day, the garbage bags were torn up and there was garbage everywhere outside the door. my mother in law slept in the downstairs room, close to the front door and told me she could hear an animal outside the window growling. When we arrived at the property after our day in Disney, we saw the raccoon hanging outside the front door. I did call the property manager to find out about garbage pick up and she advised that pick up is at 10 am. So if you want to avoid raccoons outside, put out your garbage bags by 10 am. My kids loved the playing in the pool. Kids room also had a PS3 so they enjoyed playing. The only thing they complained about was the beds being too hard and noisy (my kids toss and turn a lot). Overall we enjoyed our short stay at the property. Would likely stay again!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The only thing we took note off were that the beds were very uncomfortable and the showers had hard water. The aesthetics, though themed, were a little dated and worn. However overall we would give the stay a 4/5

Disney Week

We stayed for a week while visiting Disney. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Our only complaint was the king bed in the master bedroom. One side of the bed sagged pretty bad. My husband opted to sleep in a twin bed in a different bedroom because he was uncomfortable. Other than that we were happy with the condo. Having the small pool was a nice bonus.

Nice and affordable. As described in listing

Our stay was very comfortable. The listing is as described in the listing and pictures. The hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Only comment is that the mattresses are at the end of their lives. We still slept well but it was obvious they were pretty worn.

5 day stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside at night. The location was close to everything. The owners were very accomadating in letting us check in early and they were very quick to respond to message. We had no issues staying here and we would recommend staying here.

Nice Property

A friend and I stayed in this condo for a few days and were very impressed with the property and how close it was to Disney and Universal. We had a few parks to visit on our “bucket lists” and were able to see all of them with no problem! The restaurants near us were great and the food at the Clubhouse was delicious! This condo is in a great location to visit the theme parks yet it is quiet and well maintained..
