This private 4 bedroom/2 bath unit boasts a spacious family room with a sofa and two love seats. Relax and enjoy time outside in your private front yard and private covered patio in the shared backyard just steps from the shared pool, putting green and propane gas BBQ, firepit, sun deck and FREE parking on our 1/2-acre boutique hotel.

Teh neighborhood is clearing a bit rough, in transistion. Location proximity to airport is good. Sharing the property with two other rentals on site was bit surprising but not a deal breaker. Found roaches in the master bedroom and the place had a minor facelift on the interior. Frank

Family owned vacation and midterm rental (for folks relocating) since 2017. We love hosting guests and we go the extra mile to make it an enjoyable stay. We have properties in Sacramento, Las Vegas, and Boulder City Nevada.

Our property is a Diamond in the Rough, located on a half acre close to everything in a safe custom neighborhood built in the 1960's for professors and mobsters ;) .

Additionally, we have multiple rent various types of units at our one location. We have:
a tiny house for one (1) guest
a "retro" studio for two (2) guests
a spacious serene studio for up to three (3) guests
very large 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite that sleeps up to eight (8) guests
Have a group of up to16 guests, we got you covered!

Comfortable stay less than 3 miles from the MGM and New York, NY.
Close to the Raiders Stadium and T-mobile Stadium.
Less than 6 miles from Downtown Las Vegas.
