Charming 3-bedroom house with sea view and private pool, located on the heights of the Pin district in Bormes-les-Mimosas. The property features shaded terraces and on-site parking, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Set in a peaceful and green environment, the house offers three comfortable bedrooms accommodating up to six guests (the master bedroom on the ground floor has a 160 cm double bed, and the two upstairs bedrooms each have two 80 cm single beds), an authentic bathroom with washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals independently.
From the terrace and living room, you will enjoy panoramic views of the sea, the islands (Le Levant and Port-Cros), and the surrounding hills.
The house also boasts a private pool with sun loungers and complete privacy, perfect for moments of relaxation. The garden and spacious terrace allow you to fully enjoy the Provençal climate. Ideally located, the property is just a few minutes from the beaches, the harbour, and local shops.

Please note that a âŹ1,300 security deposit is required upon arrival, and the tourist tax is not included.
Bed linen is not provided but can be rented on request.
