Welcome to Bocci Cottage!
This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath is only steps to the beach. The plantation shutters through out the cottage add a special touch to the coastal decor. Enjoy relaxation and enjoy nice glimpse of the ocean and listen to the waves on your private furnished porch. We are located 1 building back from the beach on 43rd street You are within walking distance to many restaurants Seacrets 49th ,Taphouse 45th and Dough Roller 44th . The property offers picnic area to grill up some burgers or enjoy a bushel crabs. There is laundry room avaiable for guests as well.

Wonderful 3 Day Beach Weekend

Stayed 3 nights in this cute and clean cottage . It was very comfortable and close to the beach . Communication with Jennifer was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage right next to the beach

Awesome location. Far enough from the boardwalk to be quite at night, yet still close enough to everything you want/need. Dedicated offstreet parking, less than 30sec from the beach, and great amenities. Will be coming back next year.

Amazing stay

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Very clean with absolutely everything you need. Beach is a very short walk, easy back and forth for the bathroom and snacks while spending the day on the beach. We loved it and will definitely be going back again.

Nice Clean Property

The room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Coffee maker with filters and a toaster with a fully stocked kitchen was a plus! Being within walking distance to the beach enabled to also enjoy our time.

Great stay and value

Wonderful place. Clean and only a few steps from the beach. Outside shower with hot water is a plus for cleaning off the sand before coming inside. Communication was great. Location was great too. Perfect for a small group. Will stay again. Thanks!

Last Minute Get Away

We booked the property at the last minute. The property owner, Jennifer, was so nice. The location was so convenient with the very short walk to the beach especially with small kids. The property was very clean. And it was great to have linens provided. We’d love to stay there again for an entire week next season. Thank you!

Deck to the beach to the deck

Short walk over to the beach. Cottage was cute, beachy, and the deck was awesome! We spent every night on the deck! The alleyway is quiet and obstructed from the Costal Hwy noise. Shower was very small; but, manageable. Parking is also very tight. The beds were surprisingly comfortable; I'm 6'3 and fit on one of the doubles with ease. Wish there was a bbq grill...otherwise a great trip

Great bungalow a half block from the ocean

We really liked this place a lot. They were flexible with our check in and met us there. The place worked out great for our family of 3. We did not spend a lot of time there because, you know, the beach!! Beds were comfortable and the rooms a nice size. Plenty of hot water and decent water pressure. We only ate breakfast and lunch there so nothing too complicated. The only issue we had was that the WiFi did not work inside. It worked just fine on the front porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Vacay

Our stay here was good overall. Location is perfect! Steps away from the beach and midtown town close to everywhere you wanna be in ocean city. The bathroom was extremely small, however the outside shower was a nice size clean and easily accessible. Parking is really tight and only has one space designated for the cottage. There was no grill as it stated in the amenities. Jennifer the host was good with communication and let us check in a bit early which was helpful. We traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids, and it was just enough space for everyone. Overall this place satisfied our needs for a good price.

Pre 4th getaway

Everything was in order as expected. Jennifer met us at the door and gave us all the necessary information. The beach and the weather did all the rest. Check out was easy and we will probably return.
