Three-room duplex apartment with an area of ??70 mÂČ, on the 3rd floor of the (elevator) Residence "LE MONT CALY", bright and maintained, very comfortable. Located in the Marais district, near the center of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the marsh car park where the village market is located on Thursday mornings. Approximate distances: 450m from the Chavannes gondola, 500m from the bus station, 1.1km from the lake and 400m from the shops. Free Wi-Fi connection. Address: 38 RUE DU MARAIS 74260 LES GETS.
