Aloha and thank you for your 4‑star review. We’re glad the location, well‑equipped condo, and beach gear were useful during your stay. I’m very sorry the unit wasn’t cleaned to standard and that dust affected your guests’ allergies — that falls short of what we expect. We’ve scheduled a professional deep clean, reinforced our cleaning checklist, and increased inspections to prevent this going forward. We’ll also have maintenance inspect the master bathroom fan/light and replace or repair it to improve performance and lighting. I’m glad our team was able to deliver the extra towels and bedding quickly; we’ll review inventory and pre‑arrival checks so future arrivals have everything they need.
