With a private access road, large balcony, terrace, a 65 mÂČ games room, and a vast private plot of pleasant trees and flowers.
- 94 mÂČ single-story house, bright and perfectly maintained,
composed of an entrance hall with a rattan lounge, a 32 mÂČ living room, and three bedrooms for 5 people. (1 double bed - 2 single beds - 1 single bed + sink and baby equipment),
Bathroom (160cm bathtub with 97cm glass screen), separate toilet.
- 65mÂČ BASEMENT converted into a PLAYROOM:
Table football, ping-pong, dollhouse, kitchen area, workbench, school corner, organ, tricycle, scooter, small bike, pedal tractor, baby carriers, sleds, and various toys...).
Laundry area: double stainless steel sink, washing machine, and dryer.
Unheated basement but cooled by the boiler.
Oil central heating. Single storey (with 2 small steps into the apartment, see plan).
