With a private driveway, large balcony, terrace, 65 mÂČ games room, and a large, private, beautifully landscaped garden.
- This bright and perfectly maintained 94 mÂČ single-story house comprises an entrance hall with a rattan lounge set, a 32 mÂČ living room, and three bedrooms accommodating up to five people.

Bathroom (160cm bathtub with a 97cm glass shower screen), separate WC.
