Thank you, David and Your Friend at the Beach appreciates you returning again to one of YFAB's five star condos! We have alerted our maintenance team to the issue with the A/C - and since our partner Adam is HFAC certified, it will be corrected! Remember to reserve directly with YFAB to enjoy your return friend discount - and book early, we are already getting 2025 reservations from our loyal base of Adagio "friends"!

Thank you, Leigha and Your Friend at the Beach appreciates your five star review of one of our popular Adagio gulf front condos! The floors are mopped every week - and we have our own floor scrubbing machine which we use regularly in all of our Adagio condos with travertine. It is a porous material - and absorbs dirt and holds it. So although we just had A404 scrubbed two weeks ago - and mopped of course - it picks up dirt and holds it daily. YFAB has several condos that have replaced it with LDV tile, so please consider one of those - and use your return friend promo code to save on your next stay!

Hi Julie- What a wonderful review! We are so glad you enjoyed one YFAB's NEWEST additions to the family! Don't forget that you receive repeat Friend discount with your next booking!

Julie! What a wonderful review. We pride ourselves on exceeding our guests expectations with every return! YFAB is happy that we have close to 80% of our guests return so thank you for your faith in us! See you next time!

Hi Kristie. Thank you for the review. We are glad you benefited from the great service our entire team at YFAB provides. No, we are not the least expensive property management company at Adagio as we pride ourselves on our over 600 5 star reviews that commend our service, a lot of little extras, and very own housekeeping service. We have 21 condos at that property. YFAB has found that other companies cancel reservations when they find they can get a higher rate from another guest - we believe our rates reflect our service and our commitment to give you a five star vacation. When you return, you always enjoy a return friend discount!
